Home Pro Atlas provides general educational information, planning tools, and a service that may connect homeowners with up to four home-service providers. We are not the contractor performing the work and are not a party to agreements between a homeowner and provider.
No professional advice
Guides, calculators, cost ranges, checklists, and comparison tools are general planning resources. They are not construction, engineering, financial, tax, legal, safety, or other professional advice and are not quotes or guarantees.
Provider decisions
Provider availability, credentials, pricing, reviews, and service quality vary. You are responsible for independently verifying licensing, insurance, references, permits, proposals, contracts, warranties, and any other information relevant to hiring a provider.
Consent to contact
If you submit a project request and affirmatively consent, Home Pro Atlas and up to four matched providers may contact you about that request by phone, email, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Your form will display the consent language that applies when you submit it.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, design, graphics, tools, and branding are owned by or licensed to Solar Pro Marketing LLC. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial planning. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit the site without written permission.
Third-party content and links
Third-party links and provider information are supplied for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or services.
Address suggestions and validation are provided using Google Maps Platform and are subject to the Google Maps Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a provider match, project acceptance, pricing, savings, or results. To the extent permitted by law, Solar Pro Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or dealings with a third-party provider.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
