1. We collect the project basics
The request form asks about the service, property, location, project timing, contact information, and a small number of vertical-specific details. We use this information to understand the request and identify potential provider coverage.
2. We look for relevant coverage
Potential matches may consider service type, ZIP code, project scope, homeowner status, provider availability, and other eligibility criteria. A match is not a guarantee that a provider will accept the project or offer a particular price or result.
3. We may share the request with up to four providers
With the homeowner’s consent, Home Pro Atlas may share the submitted information with up to four matched service providers or companies that help route the request. Those companies may contact the homeowner about the requested project.
4. The homeowner remains in control
Homeowners should independently verify licenses, insurance, references, reviews, contract terms, and permit requirements. Home Pro Atlas does not guarantee a provider’s work, pricing, availability, or qualifications.
